Dr. Joel Richter is the chair for Recent Advances in Gastroenterology. The program series entails the discussion of six different topics in Gastroenterology such as Inflammatory Bowel disease, Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Peptic Ulcer Disease, and Hepatitis C and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.

 


This on-line multimedia activity has been planned and produced in accordance with the ACCME Essential Areas and Policies.

This program is supported by unrestricted education grants from AstraZeneca and Schering Plough.

Intended Audience
This program is intended for primary care physicians, family practitioners, gastroenterologists, internists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

Temple University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor Continuing Medical Education for Physicians.

The web-based CME activity requires a version 4.x web browser or newer and is best experienced using a current generation browser such as Internet Explorer 5.5/6.0 or newer. The presentation component is designed for 800x600 screen resolution or better. The presentation component is available in multiple formats to accommodate various system configurations and capabilities and includes a for-print version requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader, and an audio narrated version requiring Macromedia Flash Player 7.0.
